If you don't only want to follow, but actually also want to understand what you're doing and how you can contribute to the dance, this is for you.
We'll explore different Zouk moves and understand our basic footwork and variations. Then we'll find out how to use our arms and finally experiment with our head movement.
This workshop is open level.
If you only know some basic steps, perfect!
If you already know head movement, perfect! You'll still find some challenges.
Leaders that want to understand the follower's movements better are welcome as well!
