We are extremely excited to welcome two amazing world-class teachers to our 7th Zouk Weekend Jena: NINA & MATHEUS! Based in São Paulo (Brazil), they belong to the most famous Zouk artists worldwide. They are well known for their superior musicality and like to spice up their dance with loads of positive energy and expression. During our Zouk Weekend they will bring the vibes of the new Zouk generation styles to Jena - you can look forward to a terrific event taking place on 22 - 24 March 2024.
The 8 hours of Couple and Solo Workshops with Nina and Matheus will be accompanied by Parties on Friday and Saturday night with DJ Viking (Oslo/ Norway) and DJ Martin (Ilmenau/ Germany), who will provide us with their finest choice of Zouk music and make you wanna dance all night long!
The event is limited to 25 couples only to ensure individual feedback by the teachers and to create the well-known ZWJ-familial atmosphere 🙂

Level: The classes will be tailored for intermediate level dancers, who have about~ 1 year (or more) of Zouk experience. Confident mastery of the basic figures and basic knowledge on headmovement techniques are desired.

20:00 – 02:00: Party with DJ Viking from Oslo & DJ Martin from Ilmenau – Entrance: 8 € (at the door)
Saturday (23.3.2024):
10:45 – 11:00: Registration & Arrival
11:00 – 17:00: 4,5 h of Workshops (incl. breaks)
20:00 – 21:00: 1 h of Workshops
21:00 – 03:00: Party with DJ Viking from Oslo & DJ Martin from Ilmenau – Entrance: 10 € (at the door)
Sunday (24.3.2024):
14:15 – 14:30: Arrival
14:30 – 17:30: 2,5 h Workshops (Follower/Leader Solo Classes + Couple Class) (incl. breaks)
18:00 – 21:00 Dinner & Chillout
