In this class you learn all Brazilian Zouk fundamentals & many different variations of them. We will work on isolations, undulations, traditional rhythmic patterns, fundamental skills as weight transfer, grounding, connection, balance etc. Play with combinations of different elements on vertikal axis, learn fundamentals of head movements.
