✨The Silent Social Dance Journey✨ This event is a blend between ecstatic dance/conscious dance practises and fusion dance. In case you're wondering what this is: Fusion is danced to all kinds of different music, mostly contemporary. It does not matter which dance background you have, it is about fusing styles, improvising and connecting with each other. It's a social dance and free of gender expectations regarding your dance role. We will have many dancers from various dance backgrounds such as zouk, tango, kizomba, salsa, bachata etc.. The space will be held similarly to an ecstatic dance, which means that you are welcome to express yourself authentically, surrender to what your body needs from you (laying on the floor, stretching etc.) and most importantly it will be a NON-VERBAL space, so you can stay present with your body and commit to wherever the dance journey takes you. We will start by some guided exercises to help you drop into your body and connect with each other. The experience will be accompanied by a beautiful sound journey ranging from magic piano sprinkles to organic downtempo, deep psychedelic trancy vibes, Kiz-douceuer, gentle zouk beats, and sweet acoustic melodies.
