Dancing Zouk can be one of the most beautiful ways to be yourself.
💫Zouk is emotion and expression. This dance can put you in a calm, cozy mood, into ecstasy and euphoria, and strengthen your focus and self-determination. You can surrender and be taken into the moment while authentically creating the atmosphere of the dance. Through trust and intuition it is possible to get into a flow, sometimes a trance, together.
🪞For this it is important to get to know yourself and to be able to respond to your dancing partner. This is exactly what we want to practice with you in the flow workshop. To get into your own authentic dance flow and connect with others.
🌊We will explore ways to support each other, to give security and to grow. To do this, we will intertwine freer exercises with classic Zouk figures, and give you space to come into your own flow.
