You can join all of the classes alone or with a partner. We change partners during the class to better learn the lead & follow principles but if you want to stick with your partner you can do that

* It uses the principle of leading and following
* It can be danced to (almost) any kind of music
* One of it's characteristics are its flowing head movements and body waves
