𝔻𝕖𝕤𝕔𝕣𝕚𝕡𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕝𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕤
You can join all of the classes alone or with a partner. We change partners during the class to better learn the lead & follow principles but if you want to stick with your partner you can do that

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 (18:00-18:30)
(recommended for everyone who has never danced Zouk before)
* Basic step
* Lateral step
* Understanding the Zouk rhythm

𝗭𝗼𝘂𝗸 𝗜 (18:30-19:30)
(recommended for everyone)
* Zouk movements and structures
* Exploring and creating new variations
* Musicality I
* Principles of leading & following

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗭𝗼𝘂𝗸 - for leaders & followers (19:30-20:30)
(recommended for everyone who knows basic and lateral step)
* Isolations
* Head movement technique
* Waves
* Body posture
* Keeping balance
* Turn techniques
* Connection techniques (e.g. frame, tension, elasticity)

𝗭𝗼𝘂𝗸 𝗜𝗜 (20:30-21:30)
(recommended for dancers who know and are able to dance all basic structures and who have experience with head movements)
* Advanced variations
* Head movements
* Cambrés
* Musicality II
